CIT (Counselor in Training)—A CIT position is a training session to become a counselor the following year. According to the Health Department, we cannot pay a salary. The CIT salary is based upon tips. You can make over $200 in tips if you are a good CIT. Parents appreciate you giving their children a safe summer of fun

· Must be able to participate and play in ALL games with campers

· Be a role model to the campers

· Show respect to staff and campers

· Must follow schedule and encourage campers to get involved

· Solve any problems with campers to the best of your ability

· Speak parents who have questions or problems

· Must learn and play in ALL activities

· Never leave your group

· You must be in from 9 a.m.-5p.m.

· You must stay for All after camp activities

· Must attend orientation
